Red CobeX-member gang of mothers from different regions, namely Mama Ana (Tika Panggabean-Ambon), Auntie Lisa (Indy Barends-Manado), Yu Halimah (Aida Nurmala-Tegal), sister Bariah (Sarah Sechan-Madura) and Cik Meymey (Cut Mini-Chinese descent) is a collection of women who defend the weak and very anti disobedience. They do not hesitate to hurt those who take advantage of the dirty business. Together Yopie (Lukman Sardi), only child of innocent Mama Ana, Geng Red CobeX often thugs to apprehend and act of vigilantism

One day, Gang Red CobeX police arrested and jailed because they are disturbing the public. A year after the incident, Yopie released from jail and stay on Ramli (Irfan Judge), his best friend since childhood. But Ramli's wife, Ipah (Shanty), apparently not strong accommodate Yopie. As a result Ramli perform a variety of ways to change and even suggested Yopie Yopie to live with his father
